Agreement Background
The customer has been party to an Enterprise Agreement Subscription (EAS) from 2002 starting off initially with only the basic platform products (Office, Windows O/S upg & Core Cal previously known as BackOffice Cal), subsequently since then additional products were introduced to the organisation changing the entire scope and importance of the ESA.
